Roles and Responsibilities:
The Financial Institution (FI) Enablement Director will play a critical role in accelerating issuer readiness and enabling FIs to successfully onboard, commercialize, and scale Mastercard Corporate Solutions products.
Drive Issuer Readiness: partner with FIs and Mastercard Delivery teams to onboard new Corporate Solutions products and ensure issuers are fully prepared ahead of corporate sales engagement, accelerating time to first dollar
Lead Training & Enablement: design and deliver scalable training programs (including train-the-trainer models) to equip FI sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and sales motions required to effectively position and sell solutions
Align Across FI Stakeholders: collaborate with FI leadership, including Transaction Bank partners, to prioritize Mastercard solutions, align go-to-market activities, and ensure consistent messaging across sales, marketing, and product
Partner with CS Sales teams: align post-deal close to build issuer readiness, enabling FIs to effectively position and sell Mastercard products
Support FI Marketing & External Engagement: partner with FIs to support marketing and external activation efforts, including press releases, industry events, and joint communications, ensuring Mastercard solutions are effectively positioned and promoted in market
Scale Execution & Measure Impact: Support onboarding across multiple issuers as new solutions are introduced, while establishing and tracking KPIs to measure readiness, adoption, and overall enablement effectiveness
Required Skills and Experience:
4-6 years experience working with financial institutions or in payments, in a client-facing, enablement, program management, or TxB Marketing capacity
Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for sales or client-facing teams, including scalable or train-the-trainer approaches
Strong capability to translate complex product offerings into clear, actionable messaging and sales enablement content
Demonstrated experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including product, sales, delivery, and marketing. Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners
Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at a transaction bank, preferably working with commercial card products
Familiarity with issuer sales models and FI go-to-market strategies
Background in training, enablement, or learning program development in a global organization, supporting both regional and global stakeholders
Experience partnering with marketing or communications teams on external positioning and go-to-market initiatives

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Purchase, New York: $182,000 - $291,000 USD
