Join our Broadcast & Media Engineering Team, recognized for building, operating, and supporting the technical processes and systems that power Live Production and Content Creation across multiple networks and platforms. Your Impact
Lead a collaborative Broadcast & Media Engineering team, delivering effective and efficient solutions that scale to meet the evolving needs of our content platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure critical Broadcast IT Infrastructure and Networks are operational and cyber secure, implementing robust IT security practices.
- Oversee Change and Release Management processes, including thorough Go Live and roll-back procedures.
- Lead replacement cycle projects.
- Ensure all station drawings are accurate and up to date.
- Establish clear communication standards to keep business partners and leadership informed about project updates, system health, and transmission issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during system failures and business continuity events, leading recovery efforts.
What You Bring
- Expertise across all Broadcast & Media areas.
- Experience managing and forecasting budgets.
- Strong understanding of Video over IP and supporting ST2110 environments.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, education, and training.
- 5+ years’ experience delivering scalable technology solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
