A Brand & Graphic Design Manager combines branding strategy with visual design execution, ensuring that a company’s brand identity is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints. This role is more hands-on and broad, covering everything from high-level brand positioning to detailed graphic design work.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity
• Develop and maintain the company’s brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palette, typography, and visual style.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, website, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling.
Graphic Design & Creative Execution
• Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, sales collateral, pitch decks, and email templates.
• Create compelling visual content for paid ads, blog posts, case studies, and landing pages.
• Work on UI/UX elements if needed, ensuring a visually cohesive experience across digital platforms.
Marketing & Campaign Support
• Support growth marketing efforts with high-quality visual assets for performance marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Design visuals for events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
• Ensure creative assets are optimized for various platforms (e.g., web, mobile, print).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with product teams to ensure the UI/UX aligns with the brand identity.
• Support sales teams with visually appealing decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Partner with content manager to create visually engaging assets.
Brand Evolution & Innovation
• Keep the brand identity fresh and evolving as the company grows, adapting visuals for new markets or audiences.
• Stay updated on design trends and competitor branding strategies.
• Experiment with new formats and creative approaches (motion graphics, 3D design, interactive content).
Managing External Creative Resources
• Work with external agencies, freelancers, or printers to ensure high-quality execution of design projects.
• Oversee production of branded physical marketing materials.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
