Job Description:

CBE Companies, a global provider of contact center services, has an immediate need for a Director, BPO Sales and we would LOVE to connect with you about this exciting career opportunity! As a result of exceptional performance and growth in our industry, we are looking for the “Best-of-the-Best” to join our winning team and support both recent and future growth!

As Director BPO Sales, you’ll operate as a senior consultant and strategist. You’ll identify opportunities, develop relationships, and lead the full sales process from first conversation to contract. You’ll partner directly with executives in finance, telecom, and customer experience industries, positioning CBE as the partner they can count on for compliance, quality, and care.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who has led complex sales cycles, thrives in midmarket or growth-stage environments, and enjoys building new business without red tape.

Job Details:

  • Remote opportunity!

  • Identify and pursue new BPO opportunities that align with CBE’s strengths in compliance and customer experience.

  • Build and maintain executive relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

  • Lead every stage of the sales process with precision, empathy, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to design client solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Represent CBE at client meetings and industry events to strengthen visibility and credibility.

  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet growth goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of success selling enterprise or outsourced customer experience solutions.

  • Proven ability to sell into regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or telecom.

  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills with experience engaging senior executives.

  • Comfort working independently in fast-moving, midmarket organizations.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.

  • Commitment to CRM accuracy and data-driven decision making.

  • Ability to hunt for new business

The pay range for this position is $82,000-$90,000/year, plus bonus and commission opportunity. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
