VinFast is building a talent pool of Vietnamese professionals to work in Oversea Markets. We are seeking candidates with strong experience in Back Office support and Office Operations, who can ensure smooth administrative processes and operational excellence for our overseas offices. You will have the opportunity to take on key responsibilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support both day-to-day operations and strategic activities at our VinFast Europe Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage back-office functions including Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, and Administration to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for all support functions.
  • Oversee financial processes, including planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
  • Manage administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Partner with leadership to align back-office operations with business objectives.
  • Develop and mentor back-office team members to build a high-performing department.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all communications and collaborations with the headquarters in Vietnam.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Law, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Compliance, HR operations, and Administrative management.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency strategies.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or business fluency.
