As the Head of Application Services, you will design, build, and scale a global business unit from the ground up. More than a manager, you are both a visionary and a hands-on leader who creates the blueprint, wins the work, and delivers results that delight customers while driving profitability.

You will define and launch a portfolio of offerings; from application migrations and load testing to modernization, upgrades, and ongoing support. Working closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing, you’ll bring these services to market worldwide and establish a reputation for excellence.

Your impact is measured not only in revenue and customer satisfaction but also in your ability to attract and grow a high-performing team, foster innovation, and represent the business at the executive level with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Build & Scale the Business

• Establish the global Application Services business unit, including structure, offerings, and delivery model.
• Develop and execute a business plan with prioritized services, target segments, partner strategies, and measurable goals.
• Create and maintain a capability and offering roadmap to accelerate growth.
• Strengthen relationships with agency partners to fill gaps and augment resources.

Drive Revenue & Market Impact

• Lead value-led solution sales for both new and existing customers.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to define market offers and ensure successful launch and adoption.
• Actively engage in pre-sales, solutioning, and deal reviews to improve differentiation and win rates.

Deliver Excellence

• Ensure successful delivery of engagements with exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Oversee application migrations, performance testing, modernization projects, and support engagements using a global delivery model.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to ensure value realization.

Lead & Grow a High-Performing Team

• Attract, recruit, and retain top talent in application architecture, engineering, and consulting.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer focus.
• Represent the business at the executive level internally and with key customers.
  

• Proven track record building and scaling application services businesses globally.

• Deep knowledge of application architectures and cloud infrastructure principles.

• Strong consulting and delivery background, including leadership of complex, multi-million-dollar projects.

• Demonstrated success in solution-selling and closing large strategic deals.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

• Exceptional client engagement skills, with credibility at the C-suite level.

• Strong presenter to both technical and business audiences.

• Passion for building high-performance teams and driving measurable business outcomes.
