We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Alliances to join our team. As the Director of Alliances, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our vendor partners. In this role, you will utilize your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain successful partnerships with our vendor partners. You will also use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize our partner programs. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and onboard new partners, ensure alignment and maximize partner performance, as well as manage and grow existing partnerships. Successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, think strategically and stay current with industry trends and best practices. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase revenue, expand our partner network, and drive customer acquisition through our vendor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our vendor partners
• Identify and onboard new partners, as well as manage and grow existing partnerships
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner performance
• Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner programs
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our vendor partner program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through alliances
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Experience in the Professional and Managed Services industry
