What You’ll Do:
- We believe the future of storytelling will be hyper-personalized. Every user will experience each story exactly the way they like it. This future of storytelling will be powered by AI. This will be in text, audio and video entertainment.
- In this role, you will closely partner with our Founder to develop a strategy and a roadmap for harnessing AI to deliver on our hyper-personalized storytelling vision, which will be central to the future success of our company.
- You will run and scale a team of AI Engineers and Researchers to conduct experiments, analyze data, and launch features and experiences to rapidly execute against the vision of hyper-personalized storytelling.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and growing AI teams
- Expertise in Generative AI as well as traditional Machine Learning and Engineering
- Combination of deep technical skills and business savvy to interface with all stakeholders directly
- Values "time to impact" and is oriented towards delivering on an (MVP) with a mindset of iterative improvement
- Product-minded individual who comprehensively understands how to leverage a platform approach to AI implementation, strategically aligning technology with business objectives to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experience
- Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape
- Location: 3x Onsite in San Francisco, CA
