CentralReach is the #1 provider of SaaS software solutions for autism care.
The Role
The Director of AI Marketing at CentralReach will define and execute go-to-market strategies for AI capabilities, translating complex technology into customer value while ensuring cohesive messaging across products and driving adoption initiatives.
Summary Generated by Built In

CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. CentralReach is seeking a Director of AI Marketing to define and execute how we bring AI capabilities to market as part of the CentralReach platform.

This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, marketing, and market strategy, helping shape how AI-powered capabilities are positioned, adopted, and understood across the healthcare industry. As an individual contributor, this role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution — from developing the narrative for AI across the platform to driving go-to-market initiatives, thought leadership, and adoption across our customer base.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and partners closely with Product Marketing, which leads launch execution and product-level assets. The Director of AI Marketing focuses on ensuring AI capabilities are brought to market through a cohesive strategy and narrative rather than individual product launches.

The ideal candidate has experience marketing AI-powered capabilities, AI agents, or machine learning–driven products and understands how to translate emerging technologies into clear customer value.

Key Accountabilities:

Define the AI Positioning and Narrative for CentralReach

  • Define how AI and agent-based capabilities are positioned and communicated as part of the CentralReach platform.
  • Develop the messaging framework for AI-powered capabilities and products
  • Translate complex AI functionality into clear customer value
  • Ensure consistent AI messaging across launches, product marketing, and customer communications
  • Partner with Product Marketing to bring positioning to life across product assets and campaigns

Lead Go-To-Market Strategy for AI Capabilities

  • Define how CentralReach introduces and commercializes AI capabilities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new AI capabilities and products
  • Identify target customer segments and adoption pathways
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to support successful launches

Drive AI Adoption and Cross-Sell

  • Develop strategies that expand adoption of AI capabilities across existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI capabilities to current customers
  • Develop messaging and programs that support AI adoption
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support expansion and cross-sell initiatives

Ensure a Cohesive AI Narrative Across Products

  • Ensure AI capabilities are brought to market through a cohesive story rather than individual product launches.
  • Align messaging and positioning across multiple AI capabilities and launches
  • Ensure new AI products reinforce the broader AI narrative for CentralReach
  • Support packaging, bundling, and workflow-based storytelling across AI capabilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to product leadership on AI innovation.

Lead AI Thought Leadership and Industry Narrative

  • Position CentralReach as a recognized voice in the evolving role of AI in healthcare.
  • Develop the company’s point of view on AI’s impact on healthcare operations and provider workflows
  • Create strategic content and narratives that elevate CentralReach’s perspective on AI innovation
  • Support executive speaking opportunities, media engagement, and industry visibility

Ideal Candidate Background

The ideal candidate has experience bringing AI-powered capabilities to market within a technology platform and enjoys operating at the intersection of product, marketing, and emerging technology.

They are equally comfortable shaping how new technologies are positioned in the market and rolling up their sleeves to execute the programs that bring them to life.

This role is well suited for someone who has:

  • Helped bring AI-powered features or products to market at a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value
  • Worked closely with product and engineering teams to commercialize new innovations
  • Built narratives and go-to-market strategies around emerging technologies such as AI, automation, or data-driven products
  • Thrives in environments where they can both define strategy and execute key initiatives themselves

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, platform marketing, or related roles
  • Experience marketing AI-powered, machine learning, or automation-driven capabilities or products
  • Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical functionality into clear customer value
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
