Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women!

Message from the Hiring Manager: Caldera Medical has made a strategic commitment to integrating artificial intelligence across every functional area of the company — from Finance and Operations to R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams. While individual departments have begun exploring AI tools, the company lacks a dedicated resource to systematically identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven efficiencies at scale. This role will serve as Caldera's AI champion — a hands-on leader responsible for evaluating the highest-value AI opportunities across the organization, building implementation roadmaps, driving adoption, and measuring quantifiable ROI. Reporting to the CFO, this person will partner with every department head to understand workflows, identify pain points and automation opportunities, and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains, cost savings, and competitive advantage. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with practical AI fluency — someone who can speak the language of both the C-suite and the technology, and who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment at a growth-stage medical device company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct a company-wide AI opportunity audit across all departments (Finance, Operations, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, HR) to identify and rank use cases by potential ROI, feasibility, and strategic value.

Complete a company-wide AI opportunity audit and deliver a prioritized implementation roadmap within the first 90 days.

Drive measurable AI-driven efficiency gains across departments each quarter.

Build organization-wide AI literacy and adoption through training and change management.

Deliver monthly AI progress reporting aligned with MBR requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or Master's strongly preferred).

5+ years of experience leading AI/digital transformation initiatives in a corporate environment, with demonstrated ROI from implementations.Hands-on proficiency with current AI platforms and tools — including large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), workflow automation (Zapier, Power Automate, Make), AI-assisted analytics, and document processing tools.

Proven track record of driving cross-functional technology adoption across multiple departments simultaneously.

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries strongly preferred.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent AI initiatives at various stages.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to C-suite leadership.
