  • Establish measurable objectives for AI initiatives and track their impact on efficiency, cost, employee productivity, and member experience.
  • Keep executive leadership informed of significant AI developments, opportunities, risks, and their potential impact on the credit union.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

  • Has a strong understanding of generative AI and modern AI capabilities and can translate that knowledge into practical business solutions.
  • Can quickly understand unfamiliar business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and determine where technology can provide meaningful value.
  • Has strong analytical, financial reasoning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Is curious and willing to experiment while maintaining strong judgment regarding security, privacy, risk, and responsible AI use.
  • Is comfortable influencing change across an organization and can earn the trust of both frontline employees and senior leadership.
  • Has experience with financial services, AI implementation, automation, AI governance, AI agents, APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, or related technologies (preferred).

  • Offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 6%, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, and more.
