Develop training materials (presentations, scripts, labs, assessments)
Break down complex AI topics into clear, concise modules (microlearning)
Design practical exercises and simulations tied to real workflows
Build step-by-step labs that teach users how to apply AI tools
Maintain and update training materials on a defined cadence
Retire outdated content as tools and policies evolve
Manage content within LMS or internal knowledge platforms
Skills
Demonstrated experience leading technology adoption or enablement programs.
Skilled at building learning paths, writing comms, and facilitating live sessions.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and enterprise governance basics preferred.
Excellent organization and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
Education
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
8-10+ years in instructional design, learning and development, or related field
Proven experience building structured training programs and curricula
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience designing hands-on, scenario-based learning
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
