Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

  • Responsible for all implementation and onboarding of product adoption and expansion of the Bill Spend and Expense platform products with medium sized and large sized business cohorts 
  • Lead a team of Implementation Consultants via training/coaching, 1:1’s, account reviews, and engagement. 
  • Monitor customer health, product utilization, & trends in customer spend while using data to drive proactive customer engagement
  • Join calls/training webinars with your reps around product configuration and best practices for controllers and CFOs of businesses
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Bill's products and services
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices
  • Drive adoption of additional Divvy products as they are released

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or sales
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
  • Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Ability/desire to consistently hit quota 
  • A hate of expense reports!!! ;)
  • Salesforce experience 
  • Experience or education in finance/accounting
  • SaaS experience
