They are expanding into the Columbus industrial market—and looking for a Director of Acquisitions, Columbus Market Lead to take the reins, build the market, and help lay the foundation for something big.
 
As a company, they are working toward a clear vision: 50 Million SF Under Management by December 2034.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing industrial relationships and build strong broker, owner, and off-market network in Columbus, Ohio
  • Foster deep knowledge of the Columbus, Ohio industrial market - immerse yourself in the market—and stay ahead of it
  • Source industrial real estate acquisition opportunities independently
  • Underwrite cash flow models of potential acquisition opportunities confidently
  • Know how to evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns
  • Communicate clearly and acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency
  • Consistent sourcing of qualified industrial acquisition opportunities
  • Strong, growing network of broker, owner, and market relationships
  • High conversion rate from sourcing to executed LOIs
  • Timely and accurate underwriting analysis
  • Active and organized pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Investment Committee. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing through Closing
  • Relationships in the Columbus, Ohio market
  • Experience managing a pipeline of active acquisitions and presenting opportunities clearly
  • Experience underwriting industrial transactions
  • Highly skilled at multitasking
