About the Role:

We are looking for a Director of Accounting and FP&A who is ready to help one of the fastest growing healthcare services companies in the US grow to new heights. 

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience Matters – at least two years of public accounting experience, preferably in the Big 4. 
  • Finance Wizard – 2+ years in finance or FP&A, ideally within the healthcare realm. 
  • CPA certification is required. 
  • Must be willing to work full-time, 40 hours per week during US business hours (graveyard shift in the Philippines). 
  • Overall experience of at least 4 years. 

Your daily impact:

  • Lead and Oversee: You’ll be the go-to for managing all things accounting—think AR, AP, and RCM. 
  • Monthly Masters: Take charge of the monthly financial statement prep. No surprises. Just clear, accurate reporting. 
  • Initiative Champion: Spearhead financial improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and effectiveness, 
  • Reporting Guru: Keep everyone in the loop with spot-on financial and KPI reporting. 
  • Audit Prep: Set us up for success for our first audit coming in 2025.

  • Competitive Pay: Earn as much as $4500 per month with opportunities for an annual bonus to sweeten the deal. Salary is flexible for the perfect candidate. 
  • You will work as an independent contractor or freelance employee. Pay is non-taxable.
