About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of Accounting and FP&A who is ready to help one of the fastest growing healthcare services companies in the US grow to new heights.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience Matters – at least two years of public accounting experience, preferably in the Big 4.
- Finance Wizard – 2+ years in finance or FP&A, ideally within the healthcare realm.
- CPA certification is required.
- Must be willing to work full-time, 40 hours per week during US business hours (graveyard shift in the Philippines).
- Overall experience of at least 4 years.
Your daily impact:
- Lead and Oversee: You’ll be the go-to for managing all things accounting—think AR, AP, and RCM.
- Monthly Masters: Take charge of the monthly financial statement prep. No surprises. Just clear, accurate reporting.
- Initiative Champion: Spearhead financial improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and effectiveness,
- Reporting Guru: Keep everyone in the loop with spot-on financial and KPI reporting.
- Audit Prep: Set us up for success for our first audit coming in 2025.
