Leads the strategic and operational management of Sutter Health Plan’s (SHP) CalPERS relationship, serving as the single point of accountability for contract performance, client satisfaction, and overall program outcomes. Acts as the executive account leader and trusted advisor to CalPERS stakeholders while ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and service standards. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

- 10 recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Progressive experience in health plan account management, sales, or strategic client leadership, including experience managing large, complex accounts and public sector clients.
- Deep understanding of health plan operations, health maintenance organization products, and regulatory environment.
- Experience working with large public sector accounts or government purchasers.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong financial acumen including cost trends, pricing, and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage high-visibility client relationships.

Pay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
