As one of Georgia's fastest-growing interdisciplinary autism providers, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of ABA Services to support Clinical Directors, mentor future leaders, and help create exceptional clinical experiences for the children, families, and clinicians we serve.

This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys developing people, solving complex challenges, building strong teams, and helping centers achieve their highest level of clinical excellence. You'll serve as a trusted partner to Clinical Directors, helping them navigate challenges, implement innovative initiatives, and continue building high-performing clinical teams.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Clinical Directors to strengthen leadership, clinical quality, and team development
• Conduct weekly leadership visits across AAC centers to provide support, coaching, problem-solving, and partnership with Clinical Directors
• Serve as a trusted resource for leaders navigating clinical, operational, and team-related challenges
• Mentor leaders who directly impact the experience of children, families, and clinicians
• Support centers in navigating complex clinical situations and removing barriers to success
• Facilitate leadership meetings, grand rounds, and professional development opportunities
• Deliver CEUs and support leadership development across the organization
• Help pilot and implement innovative programs and initiatives across AAC centers
• Support implementation of quality initiatives and action plans identified through Clinical Excellence Rounds
• Analyze center-level trends and performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
• Partner with Executive Leadership to support organizational growth and clinical excellence

Requirements

 Who We're Looking For

• BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years
• Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Clinical Director required
• Previous multi-site or regional leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, mentorship, coaching, and communication skills
• Skilled in problem-solving, change management, and supporting growing teams
• Passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and improving outcomes
