Conduct standardized assessments and behavioral observations for young children with autism, collect and analyze data, prepare detailed reports, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and recommend ABA intervention strategies while staying current on autism assessment research.

Lead clinical quality, training, and continuous improvement across a multi-site autism provider. Develop training systems, dashboards, KPIs, and accreditation readiness. Conduct monthly Clinical Excellence Rounds, support leadership development and case consultation, and partner with executive leadership to scale quality and improve client outcomes.

Conduct standardized cognitive, language, adaptive, social, and behavioral assessments for young children with autism; observe behavior, collect and analyze data, write detailed assessment reports, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and recommend individualized ABA interventions.

Prepare for promotion to Operations Manager by supporting daily center operations, staff supervision, HR admin, compliance monitoring, scheduling, client intake, facility maintenance, insurance authorizations, and budget awareness while completing hands-on training, competency assessments, and leadership meeting participation.

Lead clinical strategy and quality for center-based early autism diagnostic and therapy services. Oversee clinical leadership, develop clinical goals, implement policies, training, safety and compliance (HIPAA), represent AAC externally, and promote a culture of quality ABA across metro centers.

Manage insurance credentialing, claims submission, denials follow-up, payment posting, authorizations, A/R reconciliation, monthly patient statements, and train/supervise billing staff for on-site ABA centers.

Lead and mentor Clinical Directors across multiple centers to improve clinical quality and team performance. Conduct leadership visits, deliver CEUs, facilitate professional development, implement quality initiatives, analyze center performance, and partner with executive leadership to scale innovative programs and remove barriers to success for children, families, and clinicians.
