Rejoignez Hitachi Energy en tant que Directeur(trice) de compte stratégique et jouez un rôle clé dans la définition de l’avenir des solutions énergétiques pour un partenaire majeur du secteur des services publics à Montréal, Canada. Dans ce rôle, vous développerez et renforcerez les relations avec un client stratégique, en stimulant la croissance et l’innovation à travers notre portefeuille de produits, services et solutions numériques. Vous dirigerez une équipe de gestionnaires de comptes, favoriserez la collaboration et offrirez une expérience client exceptionnelle tout en atteignant des objectifs de vente ambitieux.

Responsable de garantir la conformité aux réglementations externes et internes applicables, ainsi qu’aux procédures et directives.

Votre impact

  • Diriger la planification et l’exécution des comptes stratégiques afin de stimuler la croissance et la satisfaction client.

  • Établir et renforcer les relations à tous les niveaux organisationnels, tant chez le client que chez Hitachi Energy.

  • Fournir leadership et orientation à une équipe de gestionnaires de comptes, fixer des objectifs et suivre la performance.

  • Atteindre les objectifs annuels de vente et accroître la part de marché au sein du compte stratégique.

  • Maintenir des prévisions et un pipeline de ventes précis via Salesforce.

  • Définir des stratégies gagnantes pour les appels d’offres grâce au processus Capture Team Selling.

  • Agir comme point de contact pour la résolution des problèmes et la gestion des plaintes clients.

  • Partager des idées et des meilleures pratiques au sein de la communauté de gestion des comptes.

Votre expérience

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat ou maîtrise (ex. BA, MBA, P.Eng.).

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de comptes/développement des affaires dans le secteur des services publics.

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipes de vente.

  • Expérience avérée dans les systèmes électriques ou l’industrie énergétique; une expérience en solutions numériques OT/IT est un atout.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration en français et en anglais.

  • Succès démontré dans l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et la stimulation de la croissance.

Join Hitachi Energy as a Strategic Account Director and lead the charge in shaping the future of energy solutions for a major utility partner in Montreal, Canada. In this role, you’ll build and expand relationships with a strategically important customer, driving growth and innovation across our portfolio of products, services, and digital solutions. You’ll lead a team of account managers, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead strategic account planning and execution to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and strengthen relationships at all organizational levels within the customer and Hitachi Energy.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of account managers, setting goals and monitoring performance.

  • Achieve annual sales targets and expand market share within your strategic account.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce.

  • Drive winning bid strategies through the Capture Team Selling process.

  • Act as the focal point for issue resolution and customer complaint management.

  • Share insights and best practices within the Account Management community.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., BA, MBA, P.Eng.).

  • Minimum 10 years of account management/business development experience in the utility industry.

  • At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams.

  • Proven track record in power systems or energy industry; OT/IT digital solutions experience is an asset.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in French and English.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
