Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous cherchons un Directeur d'unité soutien, Indemnisation -  Équipe SAC - 24/7 , pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Assurer le leadership et gérer votre équipe pour atteindre les principaux objectifs commerciaux.

  • Coordonner le flux de travail de l'unité, participer aux opérations quotidiennes et faire le rapport des activités.

  • Planifier les activités de l'unité pour assurer un niveau de service optimal.

  • Maintenir des canaux de communication efficaces avec les autres départements.

  • Assurer la liaison avec d'autres experts en sinistres ou avec la direction pour les questions techniques et administratives.

  • S'assurer que les politiques, normes et procédures de l'entreprise sont respectées.

  • Faciliter l'apprentissage et le développement continu.

  • Mener des audits mensuels permanents de productivité et de qualité et fournir un retour d'information dans le cadre de sessions de formation.

  • Identifier et recommander des changements aux politiques et aux processus afin d'améliorer les résultats commerciaux et de maintenir la compétitivité.

  • Participer à la gestion des dépenses ainsi qu'au recrutement.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial de préférence ou expérience commerciale équivalente

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance

  • Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion ou une expérience de travail équivalente

  • Expérience en gestion de réclamation en habitation (atout)

  • Solides compétences techniques en matière de sinistres

  • Compétences en leadership, y compris la capacité de motiver et d'encadrer les employés pour obtenir des résultats

  • Bilingue (français et anglais) Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
