DIRECTEUR ASSOCIE STRATS&OPS

MISSIONS
Au sein de la Division, la mission du Directeur Associé Stratégie et Opérations est de soutenir le directeur de Division dans le déploiement opérationnel de sa vision et gouvernance

Au niveau stratégique :

o Assurer la veille sur les activités pipeline de la Division qui ont un impact
commercial ainsi que l’identification prospective des opportunités commerciales des nouvelles indications ou nouveaux médicaments dont l’arrivée sur le marché français est envisagée post plan triennal. A cet effet, le Directeur Associé Strat & Ops sera en charge de la construction du business case, en ayant préalablement identifié les paramètres clés, et recueilli toutes les informations nécessaires auprès des parties prenantes internes (autres fonctions comme par exemple la Direction Médicale, RCO, les Affaires réglementaires, l’accès au marché, Finances ou BIA, ainsi que les fonctions globales concernées), et externes (dont les sociétés savantes ou groupes coopérateurs intervenant dans la pathologie concernée). Il aura la charge de la préparation des différents scénarios de mise sur le marché de ces nouvelles indications ou nouveaux médicaments, en vue de décisions qui seront prises en LTOH, en CSP ou au COMEX.

o Le Directeur Associé Strat & Ops aura également la charge de la veille
technologique et de l’identification de projets innovants stratégiques en ligne avec nos objectifs produits/indications (en particulier les innovations autour de l’IA).

o Coordonner les projets stratégiques cross-BUs

Au niveau opérationnel :

o Assurer la gestion de l’alignement des activités métier ventes des Brand Teams, en particulier le suivi du respect de la Charte des Activités Promotionnelles ;

o Assurer l’alignement des stratégies et tactiques marketing au sein de la Division ;

o Assurer la gestion et la coordination des revues de performance pour la Division ;

o Assurer la consolidation des tableaux de suivi au périmètre de la Division des
indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) ;

o Assurer la gestion et le déploiement des nouveaux projets au sein de la Division (tels que NCM, CE^3 etc…) ;

o Coordonner la mise en place des programmes de formation et de développement au sein de la Division ;

o Planifier les activités annuelles de la Division (dont les réunions nationales dont ilassurera la supervision et la qualité de la mise en oeuvre) ;

o Gérer, dans le parfait respect des procédures internes et externes, l’ensemble des éléments contractuels pour les sous-traitants, incluant le suivi budgétaire afférent. Et notamment :
• Est l’expert en gestion de projet pour le suivi des projets BU
• Est un membre des gouvernances de la Division pour le suivi des réunions et de l’optimisation des organes de gouvernances, notamment la Leadership Team (compte-rendu, suivi des décisions, …)
• Peut représenter le Directeur de la Division dans différentes réunions (dont réunions de suivi qualité, réglementaire…)
• Participe activement à la mise en place et à l’analyse de projets transverses inter Division et Cross Division
• Contrôle les dépenses budgétaires de la Division et propose les projections au Directeur de la Division.

• Connaissance approfondie et compréhension des règles et réglementations en matière de promotion
• Expertise en gestion de contrat
• Excellentes compétences en gestion budgétaire
• Compréhension approfondie de l’environnement, y compris stratégie, vente, marketing, qualité, finance, juridique, compliance, etc.
