The Role
The Wealth Solutions Strategy & Insights team is seeking dynamic, customer-centric leader with a deep understanding of the industry to drive business and product strategy, evaluate and launch innovative solutions, and spearhead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth and scalability!
The Director leads and participates in large-scale initiatives, defining new solutions, associate requirements, service models, and platforms. It involves close collaboration with various teams within Wealth Solutions, Distribution leadership, Finance, Financial Solutions, Strategic Advisers, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. The Director will:
- Evaluate competitive and industry trends, client needs, and business metrics to inform strategic decisions, set priorities, and create compelling presentations.
- Create and implement solutions that align with industry trends and client opportunities, focusing on new asset pools, distribution models, and comprehensive household financial management.
- Work with key Fidelity teams to deliver best-in-class financial planning and investing experiences for our customers.
- Partner with Finance and business line teams to develop pricing strategies for new offerings.
- Engage with Distribution contacts to gather feedback on existing products and experiences and identify future opportunities.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 + Years experience in financial services, whether in client-facing roles, home office positions, management consulting, or digital strategy.
- Shown Strategic Leadership with demonstrated success in strategy development and planning, with a strong ability to define, test, iterate, and deliver exceptional customer solutions.
- Deep understanding of Wealth Management and Financial Services, with a preference for experience in the Wealth Solutions space.
- A proactive self-starter who flourishes with solving critical initiatives, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and consistently achieving business results.
- Ability to build credibility and trust with a diverse range of partners, effectively influencing outcomes.
- Expertise in using data to inform decisions and drive business success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities beyond our core business.
- Delivering valuable customer data and insights to inform our Wealth Solutions Domain.
