Responsible for all aspects of technical products including oversight and planning of development, management of Product Owners designated to support products. Subject matter expert on services and product offerings aligned to the strategic goals of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT 60%: Leads a team of product owners who have oversite for proprietary and 3rd party technical products. Oversees and communicates details of development efforts to internal stakeholders as well as clients. Oversees, creates and maintains a Product Roadmap for each product based on market insight, user feedback, extensive analysis, customer trends and competitive research. Translate AI opportunities into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes, balancing innovation with risk management and cost control. Identify high value use cases where AI improves revenue, margin, or user experience.   Define build vs buy vs partner decisions for AI capabilities .  Establish success metrics for AI features including adoption, accuracy, cost, and business impact .  Drive prioritization across experimentation, core feature delivery, and technical debt  Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine project prioritization for technical products to align with key business strategies.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT 20%: Directs and manages team by providing guidance, ongoing aspirational coaching and mentoring. Creates an environment in which people have authority, initiative, and ability to manage their own work. Interviews and makes hiring decisions. Documents performance reviews and issues. Recommends compensation, promotion, and disciplinary action. Ensures the ongoing training of employees, including meeting/event management and technology training. Motivates, encourages, recognizes, and ensures aligned direction of employee efforts through performance management.

PROPOSALS & PRESENTATIONS 20%: Assist account team with the sale of solutions to clients by presenting demos and presentations as needed. Responds to request for proposal (RFP) technical questions and costing. Qualifies correct technology platforms and facilitates discussion and best practice sharing with other product owners/internal stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years proven supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred.

  • Experience and ability to analyze and understand product solutions to create and manage product roadmaps.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively with data scientists and engineers/developers.

  • Desire to innovate – develop new ideas independently and with a team and execute with minimal direction.

  • Professional communication, including verbal and written communication skills for effective interface with all levels of the organization as well as with external clients.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting regular deadlines.

  • Comfortably leverage AI‑assisted tools in daily workflows, apply sound judgment and critical thinking to AI outputs, stay current with evolving AI best practices, and clearly communicate AI‑assisted work with internal partners.
