Job Description
The Position
As the Mobility Strategy and Program Lead, you play a key role in supporting business needs by evaluating the country-specific tax, immigration and cost considerations as we evaluate where new roles may be ideally placed and/or office locations expanded. You are responsible for overseeing Organon’s mobility programs, including international, cross-border and domestic guidelines, and ensuring that our programs evolve as needed over time.
Our organization requires HR leaders who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and evolving business environment. To be successful, you will need to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, be able to navigate ambiguity and be adept at understanding the connections between our day-to-day work and business priorities.
Responsibilities
Your typical day might involve:
Partnering with colleagues to identify the key considerations of where to place a new role and/or expanding in certain locations. Attending a business review with a mobility vendor. Ensuring all parties are aligned on what is going well, the gaps that need to be addressed, and that an action plan is put in place to address any opportunities.
Developing a mobility scorecard to share with senior HR leadership.
Continuing to foster your internal mobility-related relationships, such as meeting with a tax, finance or talent colleague to align on priorities and opportunities.
Socializing and helping to define Organon’s duty of care philosophy to founders and their families.
Meeting with team members to collaborate and share feedback. Ensuring that individuals are clear on roles and responsibilities and that actions steps and follow-up timing are documented.
Required Education, Experience and Skills

10+ years’ experience in a global business environment focusing on global mobility program management, design and stakeholder engagement
