Candidate will be responsible for in-depth knowledge in Digital solutions for process industries. Should have experience in handling Digital projects comprising of engineering & commissioning for Mining, Cement, Metals & Pulp & Paper domain delivering EMS, Historian, APM or cyber security projects.
Should have good understanding of digital product portfolio and solutioning concepts for the products. The candidate must have implementation experience in at least one or two portfolios mentioned above.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Process Industry division based in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading a team of engineers responsible for delivering Digital Solutions for the below portfolios
1. Energy management solution
2. Historian
3. Asset Twin / APM
4. Cyber Security
5. Any other custom solutions not delivered by KM, EO and P&P MES teamThe candidate is responsible for complete technical deliverables with for these projects.
Accountable for the KPIs for INOPC organization for the team Utilization, TNPS score, Productivity, Engagement.
Plan for the project team set-up based on the project scope. Right skill sets required for the project execution is ensured in the team
Will be responsible for getting projects executed as per scope agreed with the LBL’s. Will regularly review the progress & check on the quality process followed in execution.
Ensure projects are executed and milestones are met as per the schedule agreed. Drive effective change management
Maintain good working relation with the counterpart in LBL. Escalations if any will be handled with utmost importance.
Drive quality culture in the team. Outputs are audited before delivered.
Qualifications: Minimum B.Tech/ B.E from a reputed University with First Class in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics or any relevant Engineering degree
Experience Required:
12+ years of implementation experience in the digital domain for process industry (Metals / Mining / Pulp & Paper / Cement) .
Should have in-depth knowledge in Digital solutions for process industries. Should have experience in handling Digital projects comprising of engineering & commissioning for Mining, Cement, Metals & Pulp & Paper domain delivering EMS, Historian, APM or cyber security projects.
Should have good understanding of digital product portfolio and solutioning concepts for the products. The candidate must have implementation experience in at least one or two portfolios mentioned above.
