How You’ll Make an Impact
Translate global digital strategies into impactful local initiatives.
Lead the deployment of digital solutions that improve safety and product quality.
Use data insights to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Manage outsourced digital projects and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure seamless integration with core systems like SAP, ECS, and Ignition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
Ensure platforms comply with global architecture standards and ISA-95.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience leading digitalization projects in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and digital transformation.
Proficiency in VB/VBA, C#, Python, and database technologies like MS SQL or MySQL.
Experience in UI design, client development, and web technologies.
Familiarity with PLC systems and ISA-95 architecture is a strong plus.
