Job Description:
An opportunity for a Tibco ESB Developer in the PSL IM Integration Platforms has arisen within Airbus Helicopters (Albacete, Spain). In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain the middleware and data pipelines that connect our business-critical software applications. You will work closely with the API Team and you will gain hands-on experience mapping data, building APIs, and automating enterprise workflows using the TIBCO product suite.

DESCRIPTION
- Brief description of the department’s mission:
The Integration Platform Team designs, builds, and monitors secure API and middleware connections to synchronize data, automate workflows, and link disparate legacy and cloud systems. The integration patterns defined by our architect are selected to meet the applications’ use cases and are updated regularly to support new requirements. Enterprise Service Bus is one of the tools used to implement these patterns.
YOUR CHALLENGES
Assist in designing and developing integration workflows, message flows, and data transformations using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW).
Monitor active integration pipelines, troubleshoot message failures, and resolve bugs in existing TIBCO interfaces.
Partner with Business Analysts and senior developers to understand integration requirements and map data fields accurately.
Write and maintain clear technical documentation for newly developed interfaces, mappings, and deployment steps.

- Education: Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
- The Middleware Mindset: Conceptual knowledge of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), ESB concepts, and message-oriented middleware (like JMS or TIBCO Enterprise Message Service).
- Integration Basics: Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML data formats, and XPath.
- Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL and interacting with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git). Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Curiosity: A strong desire to learn new technologies and integration patterns.
