Digital Workplace Solutions Architect / Third Line Support

As a Digital Workplace Solutions Architect based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting digital workplace solutions. Acts as the technical expert for escalated support issues (third line), ensuring robust, scalable, and secure digital environments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Solution Architecture
  • Design and develop digital workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, collaboration platforms)
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
  • Lead technical workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present solutions
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
• Third Line Support
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues escalated from first- and second-line support
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners for advanced issue resolution
  • Document solutions, fixes, and technical procedures for knowledge sharing
• Implementation & Integration
  • Oversee deployment and integration of digital workplace technologies
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operations
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms
• Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements
  • Contribute to the development of digital workplace strategy and roadmap
  • Strong reporting skills, including the creation and maintenance of dashboards, as well as defining and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure department productivity
• Security & Compliance
  • Ensure solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements
  • Implement and maintain security controls and monitoring
• Collaboration & Training
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Deliver training and documentation to end-users and support teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in digital workplace architecture and third line support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, scripting, runbooks, API management, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in digital environments
