You stay ahead of UX trends, excel at simplifying complex ideas, and collaborate seamlessly with teams across design, development, and management. We’re looking for a self-driven, innovative thinker who can create functional, user-focused designs that drive our B2C and B2B growth.
This role operates on a US East Coast time Monday-Thursday every week schedule to align with team collaboration and project workflows.
Collaborate with product owners, sponsors, and experts to represent user needs.
Apply user-centered design across Agilent’s customer platforms from concept to launch.
Define UX scope and strategy with stakeholders and digital teams.
Use personas, insights, analytics, and competitive research to guide design.
Conduct user and competitive analysis to inform solutions.
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.
Work with UX/UI designers on concepts and final requirements.
Lead and support user testing from planning to reporting.
Join key product meetings and support launches.
Map customer journeys to reduce drop-offs and boost conversions.
Turn research insights into actionable testing ideas.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results.
Create data-driven, user-centered design solutions with logical flows and elegant visuals.
Balance strategy and execution, aligning customer needs with business goals.
Navigate ambiguity confidently, taking initiative and iterating based on insights.
Communicate design ideas clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
Apply eCommerce and CRO principles to improve conversion, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
4+ years of UX or product design experience with a portfolio focused on web-based commerce.
Skilled in Figma for creating wireframes, user flows, and mockups.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
Strong grasp of eCommerce journeys and proven success optimizing funnels for growth and retention.
Effective cross-functional collaborator with engineering, product, and business teams.
Experience in eCommerce, B2B/B2C websites, and web applications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and task management in JIRA.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Open to feedback and revisions.
Contribute to brainstorming and planning new features based on customer and stakeholder input.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least January 12, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $103,200.00 - $193,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
