We are seeking a skilled Digital Twin Architect to join our forward-thinking team dedicated to innovating within the Industry 4.0 sector. The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing and implementing digital twin solutions using Azure Digital Twin, XMPro, and leveraging generative AI technologies to drive efficiency and transformative outcomes in manufacturing and other industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital twin models and architectures that integrate with existing industrial systems, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and predictive capabilities.
- Implement solutions using Azure Digital Twin and XMPro to create, visualize, and manage digital replicas of physical assets and processes.
- Utilize generative AI techniques to improve model accuracy and functionality, enabling predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and engineering to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
- Lead projects from conception through deployment, including requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, and support.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital twin technology, Industry 4.0 trends, and generative AI applications, incorporating these into strategic planning and development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
- Document and present system architectures, design decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in digital twin technologies and frameworks, particularly Azure Digital Twin, XMPro.
- Strong background in Industry 4.0 technologies and principles.
- Experience with generative AI and its applications in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex integration and design challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience with cloud architectures, IoT, and data analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Azure, digital twin technology, or relevant fields.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial domain.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability in leading technical teams.
