Our Technology team are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Portfolio Senior Advisor - 9 month FTC to join the team.

As a Senior Advisor in Digital Transformation Portfolio, you will work across Technology & Cyber and Business Enablement to turn complex business needs into well-defined, prioritised and deliverable change. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, project and change delivery, demand management and portfolio governance.

You will own and progress a varied set of initiatives from early discovery and scoping through planning, implementation and adoption. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Technology & Cyber teams, bringing structure to ambiguity, coordinating specialist input and ensuring that proposed changes are practical, governed and aligned to agreed outcomes.

You will also help improve the team’s portfolio and demand management processes, data and tooling, particularly ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, so that decisions and delivery are supported by clear, reliable information.

What you will be doing
  • Lead discovery and scoping for technology-enabled and operational change, clarifying the problem, desired outcomes, scope, stakeholders, constraints, dependencies and measures of success.
  • Gather, analyse and validate business requirements through process analysis, data review and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate business needs into clear delivery artefacts, including options assessments, process maps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, scope documents and implementation plans.
  • Evaluate processes, to define clear ownership, opportunities for simplification, automation or AI enablement.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, product owners, project managers, technical teams and subject matter experts to maintain momentum, resolve blockers and keep delivery aligned.
  • Support the technology demand management framework from intake and triage through assessment, prioritisation, approval and transition into delivery.
  • Support prioritisation and capacity discussions by providing structured information on business value, strategic alignment, risk, effort, dependencies and readiness.
  • Support portfolio-level reporting of initiatives including pipeline, capacity and benefits reporting, using data and trend analysis to surface delivery concerns and inform decisions.
Your skills and experience
  • Strong experience in business analysis, transformation delivery, project delivery or a blended role within large-scale technology or business transformation
  • Experience identifying, validating and scoping technology-enabled improvement opportunities, including automation and AI-enabled change
  • High ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage competing priorities, operate effectively in ambiguity and maintain momentum in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience with portfolio and demand management frameworks, prioritisation models, capacity planning and benefits tracking.
  • A collaborative, kind and inclusive working style, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes.
What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First. Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture. We recognise the importance of work-life balance and flexible working and provide our staff amazing benefits. Some of these benefits include:
  • Generous Annual Leave Policy: We recognise everyone needs a well-deserved break. We provide our employees with 5 weeks of annual leave, fully available at the start of each year. In addition to this, we have introduced our 5-Year Recharge benefit which allows all employees an additional 2 weeks of paid leave after 5 years continuous service.
  • Flexible Working: We know that the ‘ideal’ work-life balance will vary from person to person and change at different stages of our working lives. To accommodate this, we have implemented a hybrid working policy and introduced more flexibility around taking unpaid leave.
  • Corporate Responsibility Days: Our world is important to us, so all our employees get 3 every year to help social and environmental causes and increase our impact on the communities that mean the most to us.
  • Wellbeing Fund: We want to encourage all employees to take charge and prioritise their own wellbeing. We’ve introduced our annual People Fund to support this by offering every individual a fund to support and manage their wellbeing through an activity of their choice.
  • Profit Share Scheme: All employees participate in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme so everyone has a stake in the company’s success.
Diversity and Inclusion

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe that creating an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging is central to our culture and that diversity is paramount to driving creativity, innovation, and value for our clients and for our people.
