Job Description

Brookfield Real Estate Group is looking for a motivated individual with Anaplan experience to join the Digital Transformation Team. This person will play a pivotal role in driving the Real Estate organization’s digital transformation initiatives, including spearheading strategic initiatives for process automation, streamlining operations, and integrating Anaplan with business processes. The individual will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration with various groups, including FP&A, FinOps, Portfolio Management, Investments, and others. Responsibilities:

• Lead the translation of business requirements and enhancement requests from finance teams for Anaplan builds, as part of both new and existing Anaplan models

• Design the end-to-end Anaplan build projects as a Solution Architect, from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability

• Supervise and mentor Anaplan Model Builders, providing guidance throughout the design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring best practices and high-quality model delivery

• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to ensure seamless data consistency and integration, while leading Anaplan performance maintenance/optimization

• Work closely with finance teams to analyze existing workflows, recommend improvements, and develop technology-driven solutions to optimize processes

• Conduct training sessions for end users of Anaplan models on Anaplan functionalities and best practices, facilitating knowledge transfer and collaboration

• Implement rigorous testing procedures to validate Anaplan model accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements

• Advocate for the expansion of Anaplan usage across Brookfield by delivering demos, showcasing the platform’s capabilities, and promoting adoption among prospective teams

• Assist with evaluation of new technology tools that support digital transformation at Brookfield
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Anaplan including 1-2 years as a Solution Architect, ideally in financial services or related industries

• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (passed Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and the Anaplan Way of Anaplan’s Model Building course) with experience and ability to create financial models in Anaplan (Master Anaplanner certifications a plus)

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, with the ability to drive collaboration and deliver results in digital transformation, process automation, and data strategy initiatives

• Strong project management and organizational skills, including communication, awareness of project timelines, and ability to multitask

• Advanced Excel skills

• Interest or background in private equity and/or real estate a plus

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
