Digital Transformation Lead (Global Systems Rollout)

Our client is a global leader in fertility and reproductive healthcare, driving digital transformation across its international operations. As part of a major global implementation program, the organization is expanding its delivery leadership team to support the rollout of enterprise digital solutions across multiple regions.

We are looking for an experienced Manager/Director/Lead who will lead global rollout initiatives, manage a team of Rollout Managers, and ensure successful implementation of strategic digital products worldwide.

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring exceptional planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

As the Program Manager, you will own the overall implementation strategy and rollout roadmap while ensuring seamless collaboration between Product, IT, and Regional teams. You'll be responsible for driving execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring consistent delivery across all implementation waves.

• Own the overall planning and execution of global systems rollouts across multiple regions.
  
• Develop and maintain the implementation roadmap, timelines, and deployment strategy.
  
• Ensure successful delivery of multiple parallel rollout waves.
  

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of managers.
  
• Coordinate priorities, resources, and implementation activities across regions.
  
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the rollout organization.
  

• Collaborate closely with Product, IT, Business, and Regional/Local teams.
  
• Align implementation activities with business priorities and technical readiness.
  
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting.
  
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations throughout the program lifecycle.
  

• Track implementation progress, KPIs, budgets, and milestones.
  
• Ensure consistent implementation quality across countries and regions.
  
• Drive successful adoption of enterprise digital solutions.
  

• Proven experience managing large-scale international implementation or rollout programs.
  
• Experience leading Project Managers, Rollout Managers, or implementation teams.
  
• Strong program planning and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• Fluent English.
  
• Willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
  
• Available to start in the short term.
  

• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Digital Health.
  
• Experience with enterprise software implementations or digital transformation programs.
  
• Familiarity with change management methodologies.
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications.
