Position: Digital Transformation Lead
How You Will Make an Impact:
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Team Lead to oversee delivery on a critical Navy program in the NCR. This leader will guide a team building and deploying modern digital products, including analytics dashboards in Advana, automation solutions with UiPath, and low-code/no-code applications on Power Platform in Flank Speed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong client-facing skills, technical understanding of modern platforms, and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams in a mission-driven environment.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
Lead day-to-day delivery of digital transformation products for the Navy, ensuring milestones and mission outcomes are achieved.
Oversee design, development, and deployment of:
- Analytics dashboards in Advana (data integration, engineering, visualization, decision support).
- Power Platform solutions in Flank Speed (apps, workflows, automation).
- UiPath RPA automations (process efficiency, error reduction, scaling).
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants and technical specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Serve as primary client interface, providing clear communication, program guidance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with Navy stakeholders and Navaide capability leads to bring holistic solutions to the mission.
- Monitor program performance, deliver executive-level reporting, and proactively resolve risks and issues.
Required Experience:
- Active DoD clearance
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT, data analytics, or automation programs.
- 3+ years in a leadership role with DoD/federal clients, managing delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience delivering products in Advana (Databricks, Qlik, Tableau), Power Platform (Flank Speed), or UiPath.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating solutions across multiple Navy/DoD systems.
- Certifications in Power Platform, UiPath, or SAFe Agile.
- Prior Navy experience in Navy ERP, ADVANA, or enterprise data modernization programs.
Travel:
Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
