GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
Role Overview:
Support the development and implementation of LMS system.
Collaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, labs) to identify pain points and propose solutions.
Participate in data collection, cleaning, and preparation activities to support digital transformation projects.
Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and presentations related to workflow projects.
Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating updates.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing digital systems and processes.
Create onboarding content/digital learning materials with VR/AR tools

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Familiarity with VR/AR tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of project management principles is desirable.
Prior internship experience in a technology or business environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
