The Digital Transformation Analyst will drive technological innovation within the Global Parts SBU by implementing AI and advanced technologies to improve internal processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and add value to our customers. This role will collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for digital enhancement.The Digital Transformation Analyst will drive technological innovation within the Global Parts SBU by identifying and implementing AI and advanced technologies to improve internal processes and enhance operational efficiencies. This role will collaborate across Operations, Accounting, and Sales departments to analyze current workflows, identify opportunities for digital enhancement, and develop tailored technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing office processes, implementing AI tools and advanced technologies, supporting integration between JD Edwards E1 and Blue Yonder systems, providing training on new technologies, and staying current with emerging technology trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI applications, process optimization skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with internal teams and occasionally with external partners. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and is based in Georgetown, KY.
This role offers an opportunity to drive digital innovation in a global organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can identify opportunities for technological enhancement and implement solutions that add value to our business operations and customer service. Experience with JD Edwards E1, Blue Yonder, or similar ERP/WMS systems is a plus, as is familiarity with AI tools and Excel automation (macros, Power Query).
