Job Description
- Understand client problem statements, define learning objectives, and recommend training strategies to achieve learning outcomes.
- Implement ID frameworks such as ADDIE process and execute ID pedagogy, ID principles, and ID tools.
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), online training (WBT and VILT), blended training, or micro-learning as determined from the needs assessment and content analysis. Independently develop L1 and L2 training courses.
- Act as a key member of the team, along with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and others in determining the needs of the course, the overall instructional flow of a program, and the appropriate method of delivery
- Interact with other project teams to ensure consistency of deliverables.
- Experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development projects.
- Experience in solutioning and creating instructional content, storyboards, and engaging training content.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and as an individual contributor or specialist.
- Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts to conduct research and resolve issues.
Tool Knowledge:-
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Articulate 360,
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Working Knowledge on Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, iSpring
Qualifications
Graduation in Education, Training, HR, Instructional Design or related study
Additional Information
4-5 years relevant experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development projects.
