Responsibilities

About the role:

This role is responsible for managing digital technology vendors, assets, and service performance by monitoring compliance, conducting audits, analyzing costs, and driving optimization opportunities. The position collaborates with internal teams and external partners to mitigate risk, ensure platform resiliency, maintain vendor compliance, and support the successful delivery of digital service initiatives.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze technology costs and identify areas for cost optimization and make recommendations for improvements or replacements.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of all Digital technology assets.
  • Monitor compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance and quality metrics are met.
  • Conduct regular audits of Digital technology assets and vendor performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in platform resiliency review of digital technologies.
  • Handle vendor-related disputes and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits of technology platforms ensure compliance to entitlements.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for technology vendors.
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations departments to ensure smooth collaboration with vendors.
  • Research any issues and problems with vendors and escalate as needed and follow through resolution.
  • Work with internal customers to execute digital service initiatives.
  • Audit digital vendors and consultants to ensure compliance to company policies and processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:  

  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
  • Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
  • Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection 

Work Experience & Education

  • 0-2 years experience in digital technology services, technical vendor management, asset management, or a related field required 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
