This role will report to the Strategic Business Operations (SBO) organization providing critical analytical and operational support to the Networking & HPC organization, requiring strong capabilities in data analysis, interpretation, and executive‑level reporting. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements, assess operational health, and produce accurate, actionable reports that inform business decision‑making. The role requires solid understanding of budgeting and operational processes, along with the ability to guide teams through standards, processes and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and effective in a complex, matrixed environment, with a strong commitment to data‑driven operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Analyze operational and financial data, conduct variance analysis, and provide clear insights for Data Centers, Networking & HPC performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as expense budgets, capital budgets, staffing/headcount, CIP, and labor budgets to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop executive‑ready reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Coordinate and manage data calls, serving as the central point of contact for data collection across teams.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Support strategic & operational planning processes, including LRP, workforce planning, AOP, EAC Updates and Business Operations driven initiatives, while identifying operational risks and recommending mitigation actions.
Qualifications You Must Have (Please ensure this experience is noted in your resume)
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- Analytical/Reporting experience, including KPI tracking, variance analysis, and financial acumen related to budgeting and operational performance.
- Experience with collaborating effectively across cross‑functional and matrixed teams.
- Experience with utilizing organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and data streams.
- Experience analyzing complex operational information and translate it into clear, actionable insights.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
