  • You will articulate value and ensure customer-centricity: Understand business and user needs to effectively communicate the value of global Digital & Tech products. Ensure ERP and core platforms work efficiently for the BU, and design local solutions where global ones fall short.

  • You will analyze business impact and processes: Develop a clear understanding of core business processes and their impact. Provide input for strategic change and simplify complex processes to support decision-making.

  • You will maintain quality, risk, and compliance: Ensure all applications comply with security and risk management policies, external regulatory requirements, and have IT continuity plans in place for business-critical applications.

  • You will develop talent and capability: Coach and develop the BU tech team, building skills in areas like BI and MarTech to successfully deliver the Digital & Tech roadmap.
