Title: Digital Lead
Reports to: Imaging Supervisor or Manager
Purpose:
A Digital Lead is responsible for leading a team of imaging professionals, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the imaging department, and ensuring that imaging projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Essential Functions
- Lead Imaging Team: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of imaging professionals, providing guidance, direction, and coaching as needed.
- Quality Control: The Imaging Team Leader assists with ensuring that all imaging projects meet the quality standards set by the organization, and that images are of high quality and properly processed.
- Project Management: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day to day logistics of imaging projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Technical Expertise: The Imaging Team Leader must have a strong understanding of imaging technologies and software, as well as experience with image acquisition, processing, and analysis.
- Equipment Management: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for managing imaging equipment, including ensuring that it is properly maintained, calibrated, and updated as necessary.
- Staff Development: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for developing and training imaging staff to improve their skills and knowledge, as well as identifying performance issues.
- Customer Service: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that all imaging activities comply with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
Other functions include:
- Assists in hiring new employees.
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment.
- Perform support functions to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements
Education and Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the field of Imaging/Scanning operations or comparable experience.
- Must have High School Diploma, associate degree preferred.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Proficiency in typing
