We are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Systems & Governance Coordinator to spearhead our hospital's clinical digital transformation plan. This pivotal role will enhance patient care, streamline clinical and administrative processes, and ensure the effective use of digital health technologies, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
About the Role:
As the Digital Systems & Governance Coordinator, you will drive key digital initiatives across the hospital, shaping the future of healthcare delivery. You will manage crucial stakeholder engagement and ensure all digital projects align with clinical priorities, regulatory frameworks, and organisational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical digital transformation projects.
- Engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders to foster collaboration and successful project adoption.
- Ensuring digital initiatives enhance patient care and streamline both clinical and administrative workflows.
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Providing administrative support for clinical digital applications, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Analysing and interpreting complex data to inform strategic digital decisions.
- Ensuring all digital efforts comply with relevant regulatory frameworks and organisational objectives.
About You:
You are a visionary individual with a proven track record in digital transformation within a healthcare context. You possess a strong blend of clinical understanding and technological expertise, enabling you to bridge the gap between clinical needs and digital solutions. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates:
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Digital Health, Health, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical digital transformation projects within a healthcare or complex organisational environment.
- A strong understanding of Medical Record systems, digital platforms, and emerging health technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- The ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
- The ability to provide administrative support for clinical digital applications.
Highly regarded experience includes:
- Working within the health system.
- Working with Ramsay IT systems (ENVI, Meditech).
