The Digital Strategy and Operations Specialist is an essential role in delivering on the various programs required to manage the global enterprise digital program and enable the digital strategy.
As a part of the digital strategy team, the role includes translating business strategy into digital strategy, driving the business forward. The team is responsible for innovation, ecosystems and partnerships, strategy and transformation, as well as portfolio and operations. As the team looks to identify key strategic objectives and programs, the digital strategy and operations specialist will better define the business problem, work with product managers to shape products that enable a competitive advantage and establish a roadmap that enables key business KPIs. This role will also work to integrate and simplify operational insights across the global teams to provide relevant, fast, clear facts to the business to shape ongoing decisions.
This role calls for creative problem-solving, analytics, strategic thinking, connecting the dots and outstanding relationship building to partner with cross functional teams.
The Digital Strategy and Operations analyst is pivotal in managing and executing the global enterprise Digital program, aligning it with the overarching Digital strategy. This position is integral to the Digital Strategy and Operations team, with the ability to rotate and service all team pillars. They translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies that propel the business forward.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Translation: Convert business strategy into a comprehensive Digital strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Innovation and Ecosystems: Spearhead initiatives in innovation, forming ecosystems and partnerships that foster strategic growth and transformation.

Problem Solving and Execution: Define business problems, collaborate with product managers to shape products that provide a competitive edge, and establish roadmaps aligned with key business KPIs.

Operational Insights Integration: Integrate and simplify operational insights across the global Digital team to deliver relevant, fast, clear facts that inform business decisions.

Digital Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement digital strategies that align with business goals, enhancing customer and operational experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to ensure digital projects are executed effectively and meet time and quality benchmarks.

Digital Framework Establishment: Support the establishment of new digital operating frameworks, promoting scalability and adaptability.

Digital Initiative Management: Track and manage digital initiative progress, ensuring alignment with Sanofi’s strategic and financial objectives.

Technical analysis and Development: Meaningfully contribute to DS&O using at least one technical skill (data analysis, data engineering, visualization, financial analysis or automation)

Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate communication between digital teams and business units, ensuring alignment and fostering partnerships.

Innovation and AI Agenda: Contribute to the innovation agenda in digital and AI by identifying emerging technologies and forming strategic alliances.
About You
Key Qualifications and Competencies

University degree in STEM related field. Masters degree is an asset

Min. 3+ years of professional experience. Experience in management and technology consulting is an asset.

Comfort in navigating a matrixed organization with a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Demonstrated techno functional data capabilities (data engineering, data science, architecture, cloud, data visualization)

Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact projects

This is a hybrid position with flexible working arrangements for three days on site weekly.

The salary range for this position is:
$94,700.00 - $136,766.66
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
