Join our team as a Digital Strategy and Marketing Lead, where you will partner with leading global brands in telecommunications, social media, and technology sectors. In this role, you'll craft and execute innovative digital marketing and commercial strategies that drive business growth. With your expertise in data analysis, strategic consulting, and client relationship management, you'll shape the future of digital marketing by building strong partnerships and delivering impactful results for performance-driven advertisers. Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and commercial strategies, focusing on delivering measurable results, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
- Strengthen relationships with key advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant.
- Lead strategic marketing and commercial discussions with clients to identify opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
- Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of digital solutions to meet clients' marketing objectives.
- Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients on product solutions and driving product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, clearly articulating strategic recommendations.
- Partner with product teams to define go-to-market plans and influence product roadmaps.
- Lead partner engagements, driving initiatives at an executive level and capturing partners' visions.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, and online advertising, with a proven track record of leading accounts and driving business growth.
- Extensive experience in strategy consulting, program management, and managing organizations with a strong marketing focus.
- Strong ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain complex business relationships.
- Experience working effectively within matrix organizations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging audiences at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in insight generation, strategic formation, transformation management, and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated consulting skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic analysis.
- Experience in developing new frameworks and methodologies to scale programs and create opportunities.
- Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Experience leading C-suite level engagements and workshops.
