The Impact you will have in this role:
 
The Portfolio Manager, Enterprise Digital Services is responsible for driving transparency, alignment, and value realization across a complex portfolio of digital initiatives. Operating at a Senior Associate level, this role partners closely with executive leadership, delivery leads, product owners, finance, and technology stakeholders to ensure initiatives are prioritized, governed, and delivered in alignment with enterprise strategy, funding models, and execution standards. This role blends strategic planning, portfolio governance, financial oversight, and delivery insights to enable effective decision making across the Enterprise Digital Delivery organization. 

Your Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain the Enterprise Digital Solutions portfolio, ensuring initiatives align to enterprise strategic objectives, OKRs, IKRs and business priorities.
  • Support annual and multi year planning cycles, translating strategy into an executable portfolio roadmaps.
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate intake, prioritize initiatives, and sequence work based on value, capacity, and risk.
  • Provide portfolio level insights to enable informed trade off decisions across competing priorities.
  • Establish and execute portfolio governance routines, including investment reviews, milestone tracking, and health assessments.
  • Produce executive level portfolio reporting with clear insights on progress, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes.
  • Track delivery performance across initiatives, identifying trends and systemic issues requiring leadership attention.
  • Partner with Finance and EDS leadership to manage portfolio funding, budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
  • Track financial performance against approved business cases, identifying variances and recommended actions
  • Act as a connective layer across delivery teams, finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio management processes, tools, reporting, and governance practices.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Experience managing or supporting portfolios within large, complex, or regulated organizations.
  • Strong understanding of agile, hybrid, and/or traditional delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to create executive ready materials and deliver clear, data driven insights.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
