The Leidos Mid-Atlantic Depot is seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Developer to design, develop, and implement robust business solutions across the entire Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires advanced proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to create scalable, data-driven, and user-friendly applications, reports, and portals that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) integrated with Dataverse.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Build insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create and maintain Dataverse data models, tables, and relationships.
- Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 and other business systems as needed.
- Implement governance, security roles, and best practices across all Power Platform components.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and support materials.
- Provide end-user support and training on Power Platform solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- US citizenship required.
- Proven experience developing solutions using all major components of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and security.
- Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform environments.
- Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for security and access.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent hands-on professional experience developing solutions with Power Platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power FX, JavaScript, custom connectors, or Azure services.
- Experience building Power Pages portals or equivalent web-based front-end solutions.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
- Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
