Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Digital Solution Development Executive to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales life cycle for digital solutions, including digitisation, Intelligent Document Processing, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) road mapping. You will act as a digital evangelist, partnering with internal teams and senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into transformative solutions that achieve customer goals.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive digital growth and pipeline creation by proactively assessing customer needs, implementing strategic business plans, and using effective storytelling to position Iron Mountain's unique value proposition.
Lead the solution design and proposal process in collaboration with technical Solution Architects and commercial teams, influencing Request for Proposal (RFP) development and industry thought leadership to ensure our offerings are best positioned to win.
Execute complex deal logistics and negotiations from qualification to signature, coordinating across legal, operations, and professional services to maximise profitability and ensure on-time, compliant outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 5 years of direct sales experience in large, complex, services-based organisations, ideally including experience with the partner ecosystem such as Hyperscalers, Global System Integrators (GSI), System Integrators (SI), and resellers.
Strong knowledge of digital transformation domains, including Content Service Platforms, cloud migration, Information Governance, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Proven ability in consultative sales methodologies, executive-level stakeholder management, and data-driven analytical problem-solving.
Tertiary education from a recognised institution or equivalent professional experience, with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce.
