We are looking to hire a junior level, enthusiastic digital marketing assistant to complement our department. We want this individual to add to our fun, fast paced sales, and marketing team. This position will be working with our sales professionals, as well as interacting with enterprise level customers.
You will be reporting directly to the marketing managers and assisting with all related tasks. You will be required to conduct market research, database management, create marketing content, create and track marketing campaigns, and be responsible for the company’s social media platform, and perform marketing administrative duties.
To ensure success as a digital marketing assistant, you should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines. A background in technology is preferred but not required. Ultimately, a top-level digital marketing assistant provides valuable assistance to the marketing team and boosts the company image.
Digital and Social Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Supporting the marketing managers and marketing team with project organization
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
- Conducting market research
- Gather marketing analytics information from web and social media pages
- Campaign management
- Updating databases
- Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page
- Creating digital marketing campaigns and tracking information
- Building strong company brand awareness
Digital and Social Marketing Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications or equivalent experience
- Experience in marketing and building brand awareness
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools, and online analytics
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with working in a team office environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects
- Technology Background is preferred but not required
