COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is looking for a Digital Skills Expert to join our team. As a prominent ICT Systems Integrator within the OTE Group of Companies, we provide comprehensive ICT solutions including Cloud services, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Big Data analytics.
As a Digital Skills Expert, you will play a key role in enhancing digital competencies across the organization and among our clients. You will develop, implement, and manage training programs aimed at upskilling employees in various digital technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the assessment and analysis of the national digital skills ecosystem and labour market needs.
- Support the design and development of the National Action Plan for Digital Skills.
- Provide expertise on policies and initiatives related to digital upskilling, reskilling, and digital talent development.
- Contribute to the preparation of integrated, costed, and time-bound action plans.
- Support the development of governance, monitoring, and KPI frameworks aligned with the Digital Decade objectives.
- Participate in stakeholder consultations, workshops, and coordination meetings.
- Contribute to reports, strategic documents, policy recommendations, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between digital skills actions and the broader National Digital Strategy, Broadband Plan, Digital Governance Action Plan, and Semiconductor Strategy.
Requirements
- University Diploma of at least Bachelor’s level.
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in the design, implementation, and/or evaluation of policies, programmes, or actions related to the development of digital skills at national and/or European level.
- Participation, within the last five (5) years, in at least one (1) project related to:
- the design and/or elaboration of national and/or European digital skills strategies, and/or
- the development or implementation of policies aimed at strengthening human resources in the digital sector.
- Additional relevant project experience will be considered an advantage:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in English.
- Experience working with public sector institutions and/or EU-funded projects will be considered an advantage.
Skills Required
- University Diploma of at least Bachelor's level
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in digital skills policies or programmes
- Participation in relevant projects related to digital skills strategies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in English
- Experience with public sector institutions or EU-funded projects
