We are seeking a strategic, yet 'rolling up your sleeves, hands-on' GTS Digital Product Growth Manager to support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives across our GTS business unit. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital portfolio is aligned to organizational priorities, resources are optimally allocated and initiatives deliver measurable value.
As a Digital Services Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Build a deep understanding of customers, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Shape product strategy and positioning to ensure our offerings solve real customer problems and stand out in the market.
- Validate new ideas and opportunities using customer feedback, data, and market evidence before investments are made.
- Define product priorities and maintain roadmaps that balance customer needs, business goals, and available resources.
- Support business cases, packaging, and pricing decisions to maximize customer value and commercial success.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align plans, launches, and growth priorities

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering or related fields
Have proven experience in digital portfolio management, product management, or enterprise-level project oversight
Have a deep understanding of digital development processes, product lifecycle management, and agile or hybrid delivery models
Have excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent English
Desired Requirements:
Have a good understanding of turbomachinery operations and asset management principles
Have experience with road mapping, portfolio, and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, Aha!, ...)

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
